Each month we will gather together at the New Moon to: learn what energy and meaning each particular new moon holds, including an astrological overview of important planetary alignments, we will practice meaningful intention setting, move mindfully with an embodied yoga practice followed by a meditation. Before closing, tarot and oracle card pulls will be offered.

Private 1:1 Yoga Session
Each session is designed to help you develop a more intimate connection to your inner self and your physical body. Additionally, any particular goals you have for your personal yoga practice will be incorporated and always with consideration to any mobility or heath concerns you may be experiencing. We will meet online for a free consultation prior to beginning your sessions to clarify your specific needs and desires. My goal for each student is to experience a sense of ease within the body, mind and spirit. I have 6 years and over 1000 hours experience working one on one with clients experiencing fibromyalgia, severe arthritis, Parkinson's disease and other mobility issues. Additionally, I've spent years working with people in recovery from substance abuse disorders and codependency issues. Each class includes mindful movement (asana), breath work and meditation. Each client is given an 'at home' practice to encourage developing a daily practice, if so desired. These sessions are available in your home, or via over Zoom, whichever you are most comfortable with.

Small group privates are also available, for couples or a small group of friends who would like to enjoy the benefits of a private session together.

Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing, that promotes relaxation and healing where it’s needed. The Japanese word Reiki arises from rei (universal) and ki (life force). The certified practitioner uses hands-on healing to channel “universal energy” to the client in order to encourage emotional and/or physical healing. It can ease anxiety, calm your central nervous system, bringing you back into balance. During the session I will scan and then balance your chakras, while also scanning for any points in the physical body needing attention. I frequently use crystals during my sessions to enhance the healing potential. The choice of crystals has to do with what I intuit during the session. When the session is over, you'll be given an aftercare sheet with recommendations I may have regarding lifestyle shifts to further your continuing healing.
Distant Reiki is a technique used to send and receive Reiki beyond the constraints of time and space. This technique allows the practitioner to transmit spiritual energy beyond physical contact. Distant Reiki is as effective as a regular Reiki session done in person. It can be incredibly helpful when you're out of town and something comes up that you feel needs attention right away.
Some people get Reiki treatments only “as needed”, when something big comes up and they feel the need to clear their energy and realign themselves. Others schedule regular sessions to keep their chakra energy aligned and balanced. Let your intuition guide you as to what you may find most beneficial.

This class is an opportunity for the meditation curious, as well as those (perhaps like me) who've struggled with developing a practice due to confusion about what meditation is supposed to feel like or look like. Meditation is intended to allow gentle self awareness and greater self acceptance. This is often not what people experience, so they stop before finding their personal sweet spot. We will explore a variety of different styles of meditation and allow time for discussion and questions during each session.
Past trauma can be a barrier to experiencing the benefits of meditation. I struggled for years in meditation until I was able to allow for my experiences to have a place within my practice. Because of this experience, using trauma sensitive practices is the cornerstone of my teaching. This 4 week series will provide students with a wide variety of trauma-informed methods (doorways) of entering into a meditative state. There are a multitude of ways in, we'll explore one or two different methods each week.
This will be an outdoor class if you're local, offered at my home; this class is hybrid, so it will now be available to those outside our local area and when it rains. The recording will be available to those who'd like to use it during the week, between classes.Please bring a blanket or two to sit on, a pillow or chair if you have hip issues, and water. In this group coaching container, we will explore the many ways our emotional lives get tangled up with our daily eating habits and how to untangle the two, so that we're eating when we're genuinely hungry (or consciously choosing to) and allowing our emotions to be felt and processed, perhaps for the first time in awhile. Make peace with your body, your emotions and with your choices.
This 16 week program is designed to help you lovingly regain control over emotional or mindless eating. Whether you identify as an overeater, under-eater, binge eater, or as someone who "eats their feelings," this group will help you improve your relationship with food and get a better handle on the emotions that drive mindless/stress eating.
You will discover:
What could you gain in your life, if you had a better relationship with yourself and your eating habits? What might you gain in your life from ridding yourself of the shame associated with bingeing when you didn't want to? This is not a diet group. This is not a backdoor into body shaming. This IS the way into making conscious choices about when you eat and when you stop; separating eating as a response to big emotions, while learning to genuinely enjoy mealtime again.
This IS a practice of coming to trust yourself again with food. Ultimately, this is about coming to trust yourself again. You were born with an innate sense of hunger cues. You ate when your body told you it was time and stopped when the hunger signal stopped. Over time, these cues get overridden by family dynamics, emotion, stress, trauma and/or hormones. This journey will ask a lot of you- to sort through your old stories about your body, about food; to set boundaries with the people around you, so your body doesn't have to and to get in touch with what you really, truly want for yourself in the here and now. This is the way to eliminate the shame so many women feel around food, their bodies, and their feelings. There is room for all of you: your feelings, your desires, your body and food.
This group has been carefully designed to support you through the holiday season, a time when many people often feel additional pressures: family, finances and food as well as cultural expectations, making the holidays an emotional tight rope. One that often leads us to emotional responses, like overeating or under-eating.

Restorative Yoga is the secret gem of Yoga. It is slow, deeply meditative and nurturing to the mind and body. It offers the nervous system the much needed opportunity to slow down, way down. The poses are not muscular in nature, but rather are long passive holds, which give the various muscle groups the chance to fully unwind and soften. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique. The practitioner channels universal life energy (Reiki) through the hands, sometimes with touch (always with permission). This energy activates the participant's natural healing process and is healing to the body, mind and spirit. The two healing modalities combined offer an opportunity for profound relaxation and a reset of the central nervous system.

Yoga for Addiction Recovery: For anyone in recovery from any addiction, including codependency, this practice will be part topic-based discussion, part practice and will include a meditation. This class is included in the Live Membership, and will be open to the larger community as a donation-based class. Class is 90 min.
