I coach in much the same way I offer yoga, utilizing the grounding techniques, breath, meditation and occasionally gentle movement to assist you in having a sense of agency, as well as using standard coaching methods of inquiry and holding space for you to become the thriving, vibrant, self-confident woman you have tucked away inside.
