Office Hours

Office hours are a free benefit for all of our membership packages, allowing you the opportunity to connect in person with me once a week. If you have a question that came up in class or if you're wondering about the specifics of a pose or if you have a suggestion- all of that is welcome during office hours. Can't make it live? You can email your questions or thoughts and I'll address them in office hours. These will be recorded and available on the website.
