Pop-Up Classes

Stay up to date on our Pop-Up offerings here. This class is designed for and appropriate for those seeking a slow, gentle inwardly focused experience. These classes are generally held in the Williamsport, PA area (unless Indoors is specified) and are weather dependent. You may pay online or pay cash when you arrive.

Indoor Practice Beginning June 6 we will be at the YWCA, 815 W. Fourth St, Williamsport at 9:00 am through the Summer. You may purchase a class pass here, or pay us at the YWCA.

June Classes: Every Tuesday morning indoors at 9:00 am at the YWCA, 815 W. Fourth St, Williamsport, PA 17701 and Thursday evening at 6pm on the 1, 8, 22, 29
